Hampton Funds gives profit-sharing scholarships to start new IT careers.
The Career Partnership is a unique apprenticeship-style program to select talented individuals, help them develop real-world skills, and then help them into prosperous careers in the IT industry. It is conducted entirely online.
We focus on Microsoft .NET 2.0 skills, including networking, development, and consulting. By encouraging a partnership together, we share the risks and the rewards of your career with you.

Career Program - Online apprenticeship-style project work program, designed to get you into a new career using Microsoft .NET 2.0 technologies within months. Typically completed within 6 to 12 months.

100% Online - attend the Career Partnership at your convenience, at home or at work, by accessing our online environment. Work with others around the world, without the cost or inconvenience of travelling daily.

Gain Real Experience on Virtual Projects - A little training, and a lot of project work - we prepare candidates with exposure to virtual projects, real-life software, and past experience that we have had in the field. Employers demand experience more than certifications.

Pay Nothing to Join - the Career Partnership is privately sponsored, and Hampton Fund puts significant investment into the training of each candidate that is selected. Once you are in employment and earning above a threshold income of £18,000 a year, you will be rcoequired to pay back a portion of this investment from your salary. The income generated from your payments, helps us to fund the careers of future generations.
You will be asked to take an interest free (0% APR), special loan in order to gurantee your place on the Career Partnership. |

Certification - Through a Microsoft Academy Partner, and using our unique training program, you may also earn sought after industry qualifications using Microsoft technologies, such as MCAD, MCSE and others. |
