| How do students rate our courses ?
At the end of each class students are asked to complete a satisfaction survey, that asks questions covering the quality of the class, to the knowledge of the teachers, to the social skills of Hampton Fund staff. We publish these results to give a visible and public guide to the satisfaction of courses as a whole. So far, our overall satisfaction is above 95% (each course, that recieved a rating of "satisfactory" or higher). We use software and training materials from dedicated software and training company that have been providing "closed room" training to private corporate and government clients for 30 years, these satisfaction results remain amongst the highest in in the industry. As we follow our path of continuous improvement and upgrading, we will publish surveys and satisfaction data online as much as possible.
Many of these surveys also contain brief comments, and our technical database ("MindMap"), is published in a non-interactive version online to the public, to allow you to see the grade and level of technical questions that are common in our classroom environment. Finally we encourage candidates and staff to publish their own online diaries and blogs that talk openly, and sometimes critically, about their experiences with us.
All other comments, positive or negative, are published as submitted (within our own code of conduct, and data protection regulations).
